"The staff at the Belhaven were friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were great. Very nice neighborhood, walking to shopping and dining. Our room was on the lower level and needed a refresh. It was not dirty at all. Just didn’t look like the picture and I realize we needed more room as a family of 4. Beds were ok. Again staff and location were great we just didn’t like being in the basement"

"This property was ok for one night as it was convenient to downtown and it was an easy check in. I rate it as a step above a hostel that had the amenities as a bathroom but the beds were horrible and the carpet was pretty gross. Cleanness could have been better. But for one night it was all we needed."
