「Room was clean and had no smell/fragrance whatsoever except maybe a very slight wood smell. No air fresheners. No febreeze. No obnoxious laundry smells. Absolutely perfect.
Staff was friendly, view of the lake was beautiful. Breakfast was okay to bad. All options were highly processed (except hard boiled eggs). Example: “syrup” was the Smuckers fake stuff, the cream cheese had unnecessary ingredients like manufactured citric acid, etc. Only protein options were I think hard boiled eggs and...

They gave us directions for a beautiful restaurant where we had excellent service Zinc Bistro, which I totally recommend now

「I visited Berkshire area for Thanksgiving and stayed at the brand new Holiday Inn Express. It was fantastic! The hotel is beautiful and pet friendly but also in a great location. The staff were amazing and professional. Over all 10/10 stay. Will definitely stay there again 」
