「My stay at Hampton Inn by Hilton Washington Court House was disappointing in several ways. After a long journey, I arrived at the hotel needing to use the restroom immediately. I asked the front desk where the guest bathroom was, but was told there was no public restroom available because it was under construction. 「The room was horrible. Dirty toilet and broken toilet seat. Black mold in shower. Stained and decrepit couch.stained bed sheets. Half the lights in the room were inoperable. Bad smell.」

「Glad I stayed here through a tornado warning. Nice old hotel with lots of original features. The lack of a front desk person and the inability to use the elevator (though I did not try since prior reviews said it had to be operated by one of them) dinged this hotel. I had no trouble parking, but I arrived late and left early.」

「My TV wasn’t working when I arrived but the staff did a great job of changing it out. The property was fine, just a lot of construction. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「staff was great. the place is under renovation but construction is everywhere in the building. hot water in the shower is almost luke warm. and even after staff cleaned the room ants continued to be a problem.」
