「Upon check out asked about POOL and wss told it was closed! Called 888 number snd asked to move to another hotel for POOL and was hung up on x3 everytime I said it was for a POOL. So stayed but not able to relax at pool which was reason I was going」

「First a for most, there’s a side door to check in at 7pm, the sliding doors where locked, you had to used another door to go to your room, which was the fire exit. Upon walking in to the hotel it smelled like weed, to get into the elevator you had to go around two rolling out side trash cans that stayed infront. Of the elevator… we where on the 3rd floor the fall way floor had soft spot on it. We get to put room … just horrible gross nasty the floors where damp there was dead an live baby...
