Property is under renovation. Lobby was the current focus and was stripped, dusty and smelly. Area around the elevator was same way. Also new building construction next door. Room was clean and comfy and quiet once we got to 3rd floor. Staff was nice and doing all they could to make it better. Overall not a good impression for a Hilton property. Fortunately this was a quick overnight stay for us. I did not see any warnings of construction prior or after booking. Im sorry to give a negative review. I understand business has to stay open despite renovations.

Parking was good, the service desk staff was very cordial and helpful, the facility was clean. The only reason why I gave the property condition and facilities a “good” rating instead of “excellent” was because of the upgrade work being done on the construction of the existing building. This should be no fault of the hotel reputation - they are upgrading which is good

Staff makes the difference.

We stayed for 6 nights and had a really great experience. What made it that way was the staff — in particular, the front desk clerks Sam, Kim and Steph and the breakfast room manager Shalonda. The hotel as fine, but these staff members made it a great time for us. We’ll go back because of them.

Hotel is being Renovated! 3rd Floor, where we slept, was great. A/C cranked. Quiet. Hardly anyone there. The entire parking lot and the ones next to it all seem to be in a state of disarry as contruction is all around this place. But we had a quiet and good night sleep. Breakfast (I think there were 10 people at the hotel) was good for the "free breakfasts" you get at hotels like this.
