Property is under renovation. Lobby was the current focus and was stripped, dusty and smelly. Area around the elevator was same way. Also new building construction next door. Room was clean and comfy and quiet once we got to 3rd floor. Staff was nice and doing all they could to make it better. Overall not a good impression for a Hilton property. Fortunately this was a quick overnight stay for us. I did not see any warnings of construction prior or after booking. Im sorry to give a negative review. I understand business has to stay open despite renovations.

Parking was good, the service desk staff was very cordial and helpful, the facility was clean. The only reason why I gave the property condition and facilities a “good” rating instead of “excellent” was because of the upgrade work being done on the construction of the existing building. This should be no fault of the hotel reputation - they are upgrading which is good

Staff makes the difference.

We stayed for 6 nights and had a really great experience. What made it that way was the staff — in particular, the front desk clerks Sam, Kim and Steph and the breakfast room manager Shalonda. The hotel as fine, but these staff members made it a great time for us. We’ll go back because of them.

Rooms were terrible, the smell of paint left me with a headache the next morning. I was expexting the high quality of a Hampton for our 32 year anniversary but instead got a wanna be spark. Sold at Hampton price. Sam was amazing and tried to help us feel good about it. She moved us to a downgrade room but it smelled less of paint. very disappointed in Hampton on this one. It is very dishonest for the price paid. Thankfully my wife was forgiving but anniversary was not the standard expected. Will skip Hampton next time.
