「I need the response since the message sensed for a week. I stayed at your hotel and checked in on July 29. At check-in, a $200 security deposit was authorized on my credit card. Could you please check the status for me? And please do feedback the process. Thank you.」

「I booked the hotel on Expedia on Aug 3, but the lady at the front desk refused to let me check in, just yelling at me NO ROOM, NO RESERVATION. So far, Expedia and the hotel have refused to refund the money. Such a terrible experience!」
