「Front desk very friendly and helpful. Clean pool! Great location.」

「The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back....

「Arrived at 1:30pm and was told I could check in early for a $25 fee! No thanks. Sat by the pool that was green. Pool towels were paper thin. Front desk staff was confrontational. Room king bed only had 3 hard pillows, no extra blankets in the room. Only two sets of towels .. toilet barely flushed and no hot water for shower. Remote control had no back piece to cover batteries and most outlets did not work. Breakfast was less than appealing. I would not recommend staying here .. there are far...

「Stayed here before but not sure if under new ownership. Rooms clean and comfortable. Parking adequate. Would have liked a small microwave in-room and more shelf space in the bathrooms. Didn’t like asking for room service everyday. Coffee was terrible. Breakfast was just ‘ok’. Something was always gone. Went out for coffee and breakfast some days. Not sure I would stay again.」
