「I was impressed by the small extra things they added like a gift basket ourside the door in the mornings. Very friendly staff. I also liked the room and the hotel better in real than even the photos showed which is usally not the case 」

「This was a wonderful, last minute stay for us. The hotel is fairly new but it exudes a 1920's art deco charm. The food in the hotel restaurant, Lumiosa, is exquisite, and the rooftop bar has three separate patios plus interior climate-controlled seating. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and the bathroom has plenty of shelving space. The staff is outstanding. Each of the employees that we came in contact with, be it the host, servers, valet, reception or cleaners, were exceptionally...

「The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.」
