「Finding and getting to the breakfast area was a little confusing. Staff was very helpful.」

「Breakfast was okay. Furniture was stained in a lot of places, the TV in the living area did not work. Housekeeping never showed up to service my room, maybe I should have requested? Elevator and other pieces of the hotel were very outdated. Walls were thin - I heard conversations and early alarms through the walls. Probably won't stay here again.」

「Floor was dirty at check in. Offered a new room but didn't feel like moving after partially unpacking. Desk person came and vacuumed our room. Ice bucket had water in it from previous occupants. Front desk person brought us a new bucket. Room was loud due to highway being right behind hotel. Breakfast was good.」

I talked to the staff at the hotel. They havent had hot tubs in the rooms in about 4 years. Expedia keeps listing it as a private hotel tub.」

「I chose this hotel because of the pool for my grandsons, but they said the pool was smelly and they wouldn’t use it. The room was fine. The breakfast was quite frankly, horrible.」

「Room was clean, despite the fact that the whole hotel was under construction. The dining area/ lobby was under construction as well so breakfast buffet was not offered. A few breakfast choices were set out as grab and go. None of this was announced or posted anywhere prior to making the reservation. Front desk was not very welcoming. We reserved a king bed suite. We got a queen. As we tried to tell front desk, thinking there would be a price difference, but she guaranteed us we had a king...
