「It was okay for a hotel -- I had no soap in the bathtub and i struggled with the frig. But the staff was very nice and helpful and helped with problems right away.」

「Front desk worker was extremely rude and not helpful at all. We had a toilet that had plumbing issues and after my daughter flushed it two times it overflowed all over our bathroom. They wouldn’t bring us a plunger and it took over an hour for her to send someone to clean it up. She hung up on my daughter the first time we called and asked for assistance.」

「This is my 3rd stay here and this hotel has gone downhill in the passed 8 months. It’s dirty, dingy, I had to disinfect my bathroom before I could use it. I had to buy baking soda to sprinkle on the carpeting because of the Smokey/musty smell. I was very disappointed and unless it is cleaned up considerably I will not stay here again」

Beautiful patio area overlooking the Rock River where we enjoyed morning coffee and watched the eagles overhead, friendly guests that chatted with us. All in all, a GREAT place to stay!」
