"The hotel was great, only issue with our room was the heat/air conditioner was super loud. I didn’t call to ask them to fix it or to switch rooms so no fault of theirs."

"No elevator so if you’re being larger luggage you’ll have to carry up the stairs if they give you 2nd floor. "

"This hotel is convenient. While it’s nice, roomy, clean, great service are all good things wanted from a hotel, the location is great. I had a night layover in Toronto. To take advantage of time, I booked a night here. This is directly connected to airport. It is also connected to UP which takes you to the tourist places like CN Tower. It was very easy to go out, see tourist attractions, come back, and then depart for next flight. Highly recommend this hotel if you have a similar agenda. "
