Nice and comfy

Always feels nice to come back to this hotel when we travel along this route every summer. The service is great, room nice and clean also very comfortable and easy to access. Staff helpful and friendly. Looking forward to come back here next time 👍

The best 2 star place I've been too! Was it perfect? No. The air conditioning didn't work and the lobby area smells like feet. But the room was clean and for a family of 4 stopping while driving across Europe, it was as good as it could have been, especially as it was so cheap. You check in at the service station, the rooms are in the building opposite. The food was just what was available at the service station and not good, but not bad. There's an outdoor play area for kids at the service station. We'll be staying here again on the return journey!

Lovely place to get some rest.

I love this place as I've stopped there several times as I go in holiday every year thru the same route and the place is lovely this was the 3rd year I've stopped in a row. The room was good size nic3 beds but the bathroom was missing shower shampoo. The bottle was empty and the floor in the room was a bit dirty. Other than that everything lovely. The staff its very nice and helpful... I can assure that will stop there next time when we travel. Thank you.

Parking was close by. Room tempreture can be regulated easily enough and you can open the window. Condition suggests the facility is near new. But when I arrived, there was nobody in reception, with several people waiting. The WiFi was poor, it partially worked for a phone but not a PC. The McDonalds is surprisingly poor and has no breakfast menu.

One night going est. Late arrival and good sleep. Few item to be improved: airco doesn't work properly, if hot night - suffering guaranteed; parking place not easy to find by night, trucks everywhere; quality of cleaning is quite superficial.

A convenient stop for our journey! We have stopped there 4 times now and we had a comfortable family room on each occasion and generally, the rooms have been meticulously prepared. On this occasion, there was a half drunken Capri Sun in the room which my 2 year old son nearly set into. A little unfortunate and unusual.

The beds werent made when we arrived. We had to ask for sheets for the beds. The air con didnt work so the room was unbearably hot. The bathroom fan would run for a very long time and when it did eventually stop.... it came on again for no reason during the night. The best thing about the room was the bathroom which was clean and the staff were friendly.

Prima om een nachtje te slapen als je snel weer door wil. Ze hadden een storing waardoor mensen niet konden betalen. Ik had al online betaald dus ze hadden mij snel kunnen afhandelen maar ik moest wachten tot de klanten voor mij naar de pin waren gelopen en terug voor cash. Verder wel vriendelijk personeel. Schoonheid badkamer was ok maar door oudheid niet op zijn schoonst. Tank station en stop over extreem druk vooral met vrachtwagens waardoor je na de afrit een kwartier in de “file” chaos staat voor je bij het hotel kan komen. Kamer was extreem warm bij aankomst (eind oktober) , de airco bracht op den duur wel wat verkoeling. Ik pak volgende keer denk ik gewoon weer de Serways een half uurtje eerder. Die is brand schoon en kleinschaliger.

Es ist ein Durchgangs Hotel in dem man während einer Reise eine Nacht relaxen kann.Dafür ist es sehr gut geeignet.Sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.Man hat alles was man für eine Nacht braucht.Wie gesagt für die Durchreise.Der Tiolettendeckel lag lose auf dem Klo,Klobrille nur an einem Scharnier befestigt.Ich habe das gleich gemeldet und mir wurde umgehend ein anderes Zimmer angeboten wir haben abgelehnt und konnten mit dem Makel leben.Der Ventolator im WC sollte mal gewuchtet werden,erhöhte db Zahl. Rezeption:Eine sehr freundliche Dame hat mich eingecheckt,mir alles gut erklärt,auf Nachfrage auch ein zweites Mal.Es gab zur Begrüßung zwei wunderbar gekühlte Flaschen Wasser.Insgesamt waren wir(zwei Erwachsene,zwei Kinder) doch sehr zufrieden.Sollte wiedereinmal der Bedarf bestehen werde ich sehr gerne erneut buchen.
