"We were at the Joho for 11days and was in an 03 unit - with bathtub. Overall experience was fantastic from the front desk to the dining room to room service. Lesley, Lily, Nikki and Ken were super friendly and very accommodating in all ways. We had a lot of running around to do so it was great to come back to a nice hotel to relax.
