「Very clean hotel」

「I would like a refund. I ended up paying for a room we didn't use, because the cancellation period was no longer applicable once (24 hours before arrival), and the pictures provided of the property did NOT represent what we saw and experienced. There were a number of safety concerns that made this hotel unworkable for us. 「I was charged for an extra night. One of my rooms wasn’t reserved although my Expedia reservation was for 2 rooms. Not good service. Will not stay there again.」

「We were flying LAX to Chicago connecting to PEO. The LAX flight to Chicago was delayed causing us to miss out PIA flight and had to fly to peoria the next day. While getting my flight information straightened out Expedia and myself both contact Motel 6 informing them I would not be able to make it in time to check in and was told by staff at the Motel 6 it didn't matter, there was no refund.」

「The property was very clean. I don’t know how long this hotel has been open because it looked somewhat new. The staff is very nice and helpful and no noise to complain about during my stay. It’s close to the mall and other businesses in the area. The only issue I had while staying here was that the shower in my room only had hot water. There was no way to get the water to a decent enough temperature. I couldn’t take a proper shower because the water was so hot. Other than that I would stay here...

「The breakfast amenities were very good, the hotel staff was very friendly. The lighting on the bathroom vanity mirror needs to be brighter in order to highlight any facial details. I had to request a room cleaning twice because it was never completed after the first request. Overall, the experience was above average.」

「This very nasty, dirty smoke saturated place. All pictures as fake. I went to room and back to my car to find alternative accommodations. My expectations were low but this place is worse than I could have imagined. I felt dirty and disgusting by merely entering the room. The mold in the bathroom, the stain on the sheets and towel are just the beginning.
