"The room I stayed in had a few issues but nothing major. The staff were very helpful. The location was good and the breakfast was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were particularly lovely."

"Very convenient location. Rooms are small but functional. There is no desk in the room, so have to use the 2/F "library lounge" area. Also, I arrived a few hours before the 3pm check-in, and in order to check-in early, they charge GBP20/hour"
