「The staff are nice But the room in the lower ground floor is not good. Not comfortable in staying in room with no windows (I didn’t know about I’d be staying in windowless LG room from the booking)」

「Very nice reception staff and located in a good location, close to public transportation. Internal cleanliness and comfort are good. However, the building is quite old and there were several days when the lifts were out of order. 」
