「Personable and interesting hosts. 」

「The staff was attentive and helpful. The beds and bedding were comfortable, although an additional pillow on each bed would be nice since the pillows (4) were very soft. The bathroom had been renovated and was immaculate. Ample towels and toiletries were provided. I especially appreciated the excellent lighting throughout the rooms. 「Finding accommodations to watch our grandson play at Dreams field during HOF induction week wasn’t easy. But thankfully we found this place! It was overloaded with hospitality and old time charm. Sabina and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it. 」

「We were very happy with the accommodations there. The rooms were very quiet & spacious and the the beds were very comfortable. The food options were pretty good. They have a few different dining options that were all very affordable. Nice quiet location just 12 minutes away from Turning Stone and 20 minutes away from Utica. Did wish that they had a Continental breakfast available on the weekends tho. Overall, very happy with this hotel. Will stay there again!」

「The Utica New York Red roof never disappoints I've been there multiple multiple multiple times and I've never had a bad experience the place is clean the beds are comfortable they're there to help you with anything you need but what makes them separates them from everyone else is the service they're not selling beds or places to sleep they're selling service and boy do they know how to do it so if you ever need a place in the Utica area give them a shot you won't be disappointed I promise」

「This hotel was very nice. The rooms were very convenient and we had a handicap room for my father who is in a deities and it was nice. Unfortunately the shower was a bit of a problem because water spilled out all over the floor. It was a walk-in shower. The shower needed a lip around it. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. My parents appreciated the shuttle service that was free to the casino nearby.」

「Very nice hotel minutes outside of Utica so very convenient if visiting Utica. Very quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Pub bar type restaurant with good food. Pool looked lovely and clean even though we did not use it many people were out enjoying it. 」
