"Very disappointed stay at HOME 2 Kitchener. Toilet was clogged and no one was available to fix it. There was no lighting and no notice, so we had to walk through a dark alley.Room service was only every other day, and the breakfast was very poor. Worst part was the manger’s response- after everything, he only offered a future room upgrade at Hilton hotel, assuming we’d come back. Wow! Not satisfied at all."

"We stayed for 2 days family of 4, light in a bathroom didn’t work and we asked the receptionist to fix it-ignored, housekeeper always prepared towels for 2, kept asking for additional 2. Food in a restaurant -horrible, buns are hard like were baked a week ago, broccoli soup we couldn’t even eat, tested disgusting, teriyaki rice with shrimps and salmon also overpriced and not tasty, better to order somewhere else. "

"Parking on the main level could be right outside your room with multiple entrances around the building made bringing in our stuff so easy. Breakfast was delicious and fresh everyday, staff were friendly and helpful, and most important it was quiet at night! "

The staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, which made everything feel easy and smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what was needed for a short stay. Breakfast was a simple buffet-style setup—nothing over the top, but fresh, quick, and convenient to start the day. Overall, a solid, reliable stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone passing through or needing a comfortable overnight spot!"

"Check in time at 3pm, shuttle was picking everyone up for the wedding at 330. We tried to check in early and no rooms were available - understandable, so we were told to come back at 3 to check in before we go. We went back at 3:10 after getting ready for the wedding in the bathroom, still no rooms available any time soon… had to check in after the wedding at 130am. We were in the room only to sleep, and bothered that there were no rooms available even after check-in time. They weren’t able to help with any discount or anything so we spent $250 to check in at 130am"
