We have stayed at this property in previous years and it is very clean and the owners are very hospitable. Unfortunately the property does need some repairs and the room we stayed in does need attention in the bathroom, loose toilet and sink fixtures. Thus said, we will probably stay there again next year, as the owners are trying to get everything up to snuff.

It is ok for the price! The bathroom was clean and it was dog friendly; The rooms are dated and could use a good clean. They are trying to update it but it was hard to enter the rooms due to the construction and somewhat dangerous.

Terrible motel. The owners have no interest in keeping it clean. No room amenities. Disappointing as the area is so nice this motel could be very good but the place is dirty

I don't need much in a motel. It was clean, comfortable, fridge and TV worked. Parking was simple, check-in was VERY simple - they were expecting me! Imagine that in a hotel/motel!!

Very basic but very clean. No face cloths in bathroom. Only 3 hangers for clothes. A table lamp beside bed would have been nice for night reading while partner wanted to sleep. Overall it was as expected for price

It's what I would expect from a motel of that price. They didn't have bar soap or body wash, or shampoo (thank goodness I had it with me). Very clean and even though it was right on the highway, it was quiet. I used the option to pay there and they charged an extra fee, something related to one of those tourist taxes that some cities add to the prices. I hated that, mainly because New Hamburg is just a retirement place. Nothing there to do.
