「The room was clean and organized. Cable TV worked. Air conditioning was working properly. Basic room. Worth the cost.」

「Loved the stay, that being said these are some small complaints: the temperature control on the shower was kind of confusing/sticky and so I basically cooked myself. Additionally the sink was clogged after the first time we washed our faces and hands which was a bit odd. Otherwise no complaints, had a lovely stay!」

「When attending the pool at 9pm there were no towels available on the towel rack and the ones we could see being used by other guests were extremly small and thin. That could be improved. The adjacent lounge should be available for guest to sit in outside of Breakfast and Dinner and drinks could be offered to improve the amenity.」

「Hotel was okay.... Pretty good breakfast. The rooms are fairly run down and could use some TLC. The towels and sheets seemed clean but the room itself could have been cleaned better for sure.」

「I liked the hotel overall. My concern was the bathroom. The tub had some kind of paint on the bottom, the grout was not filled in and the water took a long time to warm up. The baseboard area by the tub and toilet was gross. The breakfast area was the usual hotel style with some good and some bad offerings. The pool area was a good highlight of my stay. The location near the 401 was easy to find and was close to many restaurants and shopping in the area, The desk staff was very friendly.」

「Room and staff are great but process to actually get access is fiddly. There are several online steps to complete that put me back in the Expedia app where the messages didn't render correctly.」
