"The hotel is dated and clean but worn. Room cleaning is okay - clean towels and vacuuming each day - but nothing else. Front desk service is okay but not real friendly. Overall, it doesn’t match the rating given by the hotels.com website."

"Great shower , very good omelettes at breakfast, rooms clean but some things lacking like a coffee machine and a fresh smell. Comfortable bed but no ergonomic cushions available. Location decent although some dodgy places close by but I suppose that’s Germany now. Staff were polite and helpful. If I were ever going to Frankfurt again I would stay there again. Good value for money"
