The hotel is OK, I found some dust webs in the ceiling corner . The biggest problem is the surroundings. It's fine during the day, but unsafe after 8.

I loved Shapti (sp) he was kind and professional at all times. Anna my housekeeper did an outstanding job. Every day it felt like it was my first day in the room. Bed was made.up very nicely. Sheets extremely clean! Very close to the Frankfurt Main Train Station! I took a day trip to Vienna Austria from this station. It also is a stop for the Hop on/Off tour bus.

The property is just okay with dated rooms. Even though the room seemed clean it just doesn’t appear clean due to it being dated and the condition of the carpet. Close to the train and ok for only spending the one night.

There are many transportation opportunities nearby. The price is very good, however, the room and hallway were a bit dirty. The room was very quiet. The area feels a bit unpleasant. But that is a general Frankfurt issue of this quarter. The staff was very friendly.

Hotel was very close to the train station. The neighborhood had some undesirable elements. It seemed pretty safe during the day but wouldn’t want to be out late at night. We had 5 in our party with adult children so were a bigger group to help deter any unwanted activity. Really great Thai place a block away from the hotel.

My room was on the lowest level, but I slept very well. It was quieter than I expected because it was close to the train station. The stairs to get to the checking in desk was too much with heavy bags and no one assisted. The staff was ok, not overly welcoming but not rude.
