i FOUND A LARGE COCKROACH IN MY ROOM. UGLY VIEW OUT MY WINDOW. DRAIN IN THE SHOWER HAD LOTS OF WATER BVACK UP.

Das Parkhaus war toll mit großen Plätzen. In der Umgebung ist nicht viel aber man hat direkt eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe und zu Fuß ist man auch in 20min am Bahnhof. Man ist sehr schnell am Main für einen schönen Spaziergang. Dank der großen Zimmer und des wirklich freundlichen Personals würde ich dort wieder buchen.

Ein tolles, großes und modernes Appartement. Leider alles nur auf den ersten Blick so positiv beeindruckend. Obwohl das Haus recht neu ist, wirkt alles schon sehr abgenutzt. Wände und Schränke verschrammt, Putz ausgebrochen, Teppichböden im Gang schmutzig, alles voller Haare und Fruchtfliegen in meinem Appartement, schmutzige Tassen im Schrank. Beim Thema Sauberkeit ist deutlich Luft nach oben. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls nicht berauschend, aber darüber kann man sich im Vorfeld informieren. Eine Lobby voller Waschmaschinen und daneben offen der "Fitnessbereich" mit drei Geräten ebenfalls irgendwie gewöhnungsbedürftig. Für den super Preis, den ich bezahlt habe, war das schon alles top, jedoch wäre ich nicht bereit, die regulären Preise für das Gebotene zu bezahlen.

Zimmer war gut, Bett etwas zu fest. Check-In ist elektronisch und funktioniert nicht gut, wenn man bereits vorher bezahlt hat. Gleiches gilt fur den digitalen Checkout. In meinem Zimmer gab es keine Fernbedienung für den TV und auf Nachfrage auch keinen Ersatz. Der Regler für die Heizung im Bad ist so tief angebracht, dass es unmöglich ist, ihn zu bedienen.

Sehr schöne neue und gepflegte Zimmer. Kleiner Punktabzug da die Küche nur mit sehr wenigen Utensilien ausgestattet ist (es fehlt z.B. Kochgeschirr)

Die Unterkuft liegt zwar nicht sonderlich zentral, jedoch ist sie dennoch über Bus, Bahnen, Uber, Taxi, Scooter oder Rad schnellstens von der Innenstadt aus zu erreichen. Alles ist sehr neu, gepflegt und das Personal ist wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Very nice and comfy rooms, for great rates, very much enjoyed the stay over with my dog, we had some nice walks by the Main river banks. Otherwise the location is quite isolated, yet okay enough to have access to Frankfurt city center by bus. The staff was also very friendly, I'll very likely come back here.

Für einen Städtetrip sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr großzügiges Zimmer, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, nettes Personal, wir waren zufrieden. Einzig der Frühstücksraum war für so viele Gäste zu klein.

Das war mein erster Aufenthalt in Frankfurt. Ich bin wirklich froh, dieses Hotel gebucht zu haben. Gut zu finden, sicher Parken im Parkhaus, freundlicher Empfang in der Lobby. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 4. Etage mit Balkon. Küche war vorhanden mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Sofort wohl gefühlt. Sehr schönes Bad, Balkontüren waren schalldicht. Zimmer war mit Klimaanlage. Man hat keinen Lärm o.ä. gehört. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, reichlich Auswahl an Gebäck, verschiedene Semmeln, frisch gekochte Eier, Müsli, Leckere Kaffeeauswahl und Säfte. Wenn ich wieder mal in Frankfurt bin, dann genau dieses Hotel wieder! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.
