"It was a lovely, relaxing stay at the Mercure Walton hotel. Staff was friendly. It was very clean. The room was very nice, although bed was a hard. The breakfast buffet was great. The dinner menu is quite basic, but is food was tasty. There are details that could do with improvements and updates, but all in all a lovely stay and good value for money. The hotel is well located for Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick. "

"The hotel is set in lovely grounds, has a good choice of parking and communication before our stay was excellent. Staff on site were also very helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and clean although it was very warm with no obvious ventilation apart from the balcony door. The bar and restaurant were excellent although quite expensive. Fantastic location for a range of attractions nearby, we visited the British Motor Museum for the amazing Ford Mustang 60th Anniversary Celebration and Warwick Castle which is fantastic. Hotel was great and we will stay again I'm sure."

Cozy but noisy (and that's to be expected)
"This Novotel has a nice homely feel the moment you walk in with the restaurant, bar and seating areas. Checking was fast and efficient and the rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Jus a trio of minor points: the shower gave only a trickle of water (reported at reception and I'm sure they'll fix it), the hotel is noisy with people arriving and leaving at all hours of the day causing noise around the clock (but that's to be expected at an airport hotel; I just wish they'd made soft close doors), and finally, the grilled tomatoes at the breakfast buffet were incredibly over-salted (but the rest of the buffet was very good and well presented). Would I stay again? Absolutely, but next time, first thing I'll do is ask for a room on the 6th floor and check the shower :D"
