Housekeeping tried getting in our room twice before 9 am. Then front desk called asking who we were—they had no record. I had checked in, given credit card, etc 7 pm night before. They found reservation after searching. In my inbox, an email from 2:50 am stated that our reservation had been cancelled. What the heck?!

The hotel's restaurant was hosting 2 events which filled up the hotel parking causing the paying, hotel guests, to have to park on the side of the street. This was very unprofessional, and inconvenient.

We had been hoping for some kind of free breakfast, but desk offered $17 per person to eat, and children at $10. Most hotels we have stayed at do offer breakfast. Everything else was fine.

Very close to TF Green Airport; wish I knew about the Sky Walk when I arrived. It's an easy walk to the hotel. Train station is very close also. Restaurant/bar is attached to hotel. I did not need to rent a car. Very clean hotel. Rooms are quiet. Staff was great!

Hotel was nice enough. We only stayed one night. Super convenient to airport and to turn in our rental car. Front desk person on our arrival was a bit cold and seemed annoyed. Evening and early morning staff were great tho.

Everything was perfect except the room was a little chilly so we turned the hest on BIG MISTAKE. The noise it mafe was soo loud we did not sleep well. As it came on every hoyr or so and sounded like a freight train.was inthe room Otherwise no complications We ❤️ staying here. We'll be back next weekend

Upon checkin there was nowhere to park. Evidently the restaurant was having an event and their guests had taken all available spots. had to drive around and wait. Have up and created a spot on the end of a row but had to go back out 90 minutes later to grab a spot as they opened up. the check in person wrote room number incorrectly so i spent time trying to unlock and had to go back down to get the right key. Not an auspicious beginning to a stay or my vacation

The hotel itself is good. Staff was pleasant and helpful. One thing we didn’t like was having to pay $12/day for parking and you sometimes didn’t know if you would get a parking spot or would have to “park behind the fence” which seemed a little sketchy. For $12 you should get a parking spot or have an option not to pay and take your chances. The other downside was the breakfast. $12 or $17 for a “buffet” style which didn’t work well. Should just be included for the nightly rate.

Room was dirty. Found someone’s hair band on floor. Found used contact lenses on floor. Found earring backing on floor. Room was just never vacuumed. Fridge wasn’t plugged in so took awhile for it to cool.

Could be better, but comfortable
You have to pay to keep your car there $12/night...thats ridiculous it should be free for guests. Also, my tub in room 318 did not drain well and was up to my ankles in water during showering. Room comfortable and clean other than that. The television was too low to enjoy while in bed....had to prop myself up or strain eyes to see the screen.

Very nice but Not worth the cost
Stay one night, as a rule we always stay in the Hilton honors group, very nice hotel and all but the charging extra for parking and then charging $17 dollars for breakfast on top it really ends up not worth the price.....stay in one of the other places that are just as nice but don't nickel and dime you
