「Hosted are the best ever . House is beautiful and charming , breakfast was excellent , warm conversation with hosted and other guest def the best . I suggest small diffuser or done aromatic natural oil at the trance would make the stay more pleasant . I am sensitive to smell and first walking to the front door has an unpleasant old house smell . Other than that I highly recommend to try staying here . 」

「We enjoyed our stay very much. We explored the canal history and the remarkable architecture of Little Falls. The Inn was very quiet until working hours when there were the normal sounds of work on the other floors. Unfortunately the WiFi signal was not usable-we could connect to it, but weren't actually able to get any use out of it. We look forward to another visit to the area.」

「This bed and breakfast excelled beyond all expectations! The property is exceptionally beautiful with many historic features scarcely seen except in museums of great old houses. 「This B&B was one of the highlights of our trip to Cooperstown. Not only was the historical building gorgeous and beautifully (painstakingly!) restored, but the entire staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was DELICIOUS (thanks, Chef!), the in room amenities were top quality, and the room itself was cozy and quiet. It’s walkable to the Baseball HOF and other Main Street attractions.
