「Check in was all done virtually and responses via text were prompt. We stayed in the Madison (on the first floor) and our room was lovely. The bed was huge, and comfortable, and the shower was great.」

「Hotel is good and comfortable. However, the nearby environment is not too convenient for international tourists. Parking fee needs to download app and does not accept international credit card. Luckily, Hotel can help to register my rental car plate number and pay for us.」
