「The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. 「This was a GREAT stay! Perfect location ... right in the Roman theater arena, yet our room was not on the inside of the walls, so it was nice and quiet at night. Accommodations were wonderful, clean and comfortable; location was perfect. We were at the arena, close to the Roman wall around the city, and very close and walkable to several food, shopping, and historical sights. Definitely recommend this location!」

「Le Dimore del Borgo is just on the outskirts of Lucca, 5min walk and you enter the walls of Lucca. Parking at the hotel is limited, about 10ish cars in total directly at the back of the hotel in an off street secure parking lot. The hotel reception is not staffed 24-7. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with cooking facilities and dining table. The bathroom was very clean. There is no bar or restaurant in this hotel, but breakfast is available if booked in advance (I believe it is...
