「Amazing view of the plaza! Location is perfect. Valentina is super helpful and accommodating. She will answer any questions you have with enthusiasm and care. In summary, a great property with a great host! Would stay again.」

「This is a hostel but I booked a private room - this was an amazing room with a bed downstairs and the main bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It's in an amazing location and the view from my room was great」

「One of our favorite b and b’d ever!!! Delicious breakfast. Helpful, accommodating hosts. Very easy 7 minute stroll into Lucca. You will not be disappointed. Beautiful rooms.」

「Staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating to all our needs.」

「It was a beautiful property and location. I’d definitely go back. Barbara, Julien and Dad were the most wonderful hosts. Thank you!」

「We loved everything about this hotel. Convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff, great buffet breakfast and was in a great location. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Lucca.」

「House has the feel of prior centuries, but is well maintained with modern conveniences. Two block from the old city on a quiet residential street. Three blocks away the other direction is a bakery and several restaurants. Supermarcato is within a reasonable walk」

「The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. Paolo drove me to the train station when he saw my big luggage and knew that my backbond suffered from pain. This hotel is not in the very center of Lucca but still convenient enough, as the old town which is...

「Monica is friendly and tries hard to make sure you have a good stay. Good location, but there can be noise. The breakfast is at a nearby coffee shop. You get a 10 Euro credit and choose what you like. Worked good for us. The room is not brand new, but we liked it. There is good storage space.」

「Bra frokost, rent, hjelpsomme ansatte. Litt dårlig restaurant」

「Le Dimore del Borgo is just on the outskirts of Lucca, 5min walk and you enter the walls of Lucca. Parking at the hotel is limited, about 10ish cars in total directly at the back of the hotel in an off street secure parking lot. The hotel reception is not staffed 24-7. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with cooking facilities and dining table. The bathroom was very clean. There is no bar or restaurant in this hotel, but breakfast is available if booked in advance (I believe it is...

「Molto pulito」

「very good experience」

「Check in is at a different building but there is no signage to explain. This hotel had no services like bar or restaurant, which required short walk to the other property. Shower was a handicapped shower with not glass protection in the shower so water was everywhere in the bathroom.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel San Marco. Pietro was kind and knowledgeable and the staff at breakfast were also extremely nice and fast to respond. Breakfasts were fine and the room was very comfortable. The bar came in handy as well. Here are the only negatives: no facial tissues (not a huge deal but it was just a bit strange. So here's the only REAL problem: the cleaning staff were EXTREMELY loud starting at 8 AM in the hallway outside our room. Loud talking, laughing, banging stuff,...
