「Todo muy bien a pesar de que nos dieron una suite para discapacitados pero eso no importa. Lo único es que no nos avisaron al check in que el aseo no lo hacen todos los días sino día de por medio y una falla es que no nos pusieron jabón líquido el cual se acabó antes. Pero eso no es nada comparado con todo lo demás que estuvo excelente!!」

「Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's...

「It was such a lovely place. Great pools, fun tiki bar during the day and great rooftop happy hour in the evening. The restaurant on site is delicious. There’s a market on site that had so many great wines, snacks, deli & breakfast too. 」

「We only spent the night there. The thing that made my stay really bad was the theft of my jewelry that I left by accident. You see, we were heading to key west for a snorkeling trip so I took off my gold Hoop earrings, a gold rope chain with a gold and diamond cross, a gold box chain with a gold dolphin pendant and a gold Hilton Head Island map pendant, a gold bangle bracelet and a gold Anklet. I left them on the nightstand and didn't realize they were missing until we got back to Cocoa Beach...

「Unfortunately, the whole time we were here we were ready to not be in the room because of the state of it. It had very clearly not been swept or mopped out in the bedroom and bathroom area (there was hair and food pieces all over the floor) and they forgot to leave us towels and soap. I think there wasn’t soap or towels because the room hadn’t been actually cleaned yet. The air conditioning was fantastic and parking right outside the room is nice. These are the only positive things I can say...

「Alot could be down with the property but isn't. Our fiart issue was the door not looking. It is a large older space that the looks of the inside makes you feel like there should be bugs but we never did see any. We did however sleep with the cooler in front of the door despite my husband having gottwn his tools out and fixing the lock himself.」
