「The only real bad thing was that I would complain about is the ice machine on our floor was broken but we just would get it from the main floor 」

「For an older motel it was very clean and the staff were beyond phenomenal. I left my pouch there and right away they called me and told me. Definitely above and beyond. 」

「At first I was a little a worried about the area when I came in but when we stayed the first night it was so quiet. To see the staff tag team in cleaning the rooms was amazing. I don’t really see that in nice hotels we stayed in. The only thing I wish was the shower to be a little bigger but the location was prefect for Me. 5mins away from cedar point and 3 mins for the soccer tournament.」

「Pretty decent for the price. Not a 5 star hotel obviously but the staff were pretty nice. The room we stayed in was pretty clean and had everything we needed. Beds were also decent and we were able to sleep easy. It was pretty good for our weekend visit. The only complaint I had was that the parking lot had no lights. So when it got dark, it was pitch black outside which I felt was really dangerous for anyone that had to go get something out of their car or had any other reason to be in the...

「The motel in a quiet area with a path to walk to a small beach area with a great view. Staff were sweet as can be, check in and out went very smoothly. The porch area around my room door was noticeably buggy and there were several mosquitos that had gotten into my room, but it’s understandable given the proximity to the lake. 「It was very easy to get to. The owners were very nice and friendly. They answered all my questions about where to get something to eat. They were also nice enough to let us know about the strawberry festival that was going on the same weekend that we were there. They told us about the restaurant that were only about 10 minutes away from the hotel. We had a great time and will probably be back next year. Thank you for having us.」

「Good location but very old interior and out. Cigarette holes in comforter even though it was a non smoking room. Tub was stained and tv was not smart.」

「I chose this place knowing the bad reviews and terrible conditions, expecting the worst, and it did not surprise me. It was dirty, and dilapidated. The tiles and wallpaper were falling off the walls. The owner was friendly, but the room was truly awful. He said that he didn't have my reservation, but could rent me a room he wasn't planning on renting out due to issues. Not sure whether to summate this as a good or a bad thing. Ultimately, my alternatives were 3-4x the price for a 3 star hotel,...
