「Super friendly employees and the breakfast area was clean and well-organized!」

「Breakfast was great but the room needed too many repairs and the bed was hard as hell. Got stuck in the bathroom because door jammed No pads to improve bed, no compensation, just a hollow bunch of “I’m so sorry”. Won’t go there again.」

「The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room.」

「We had a really wonderful stay at the Perkins House! My wife and I only spent a night here but the hosts were wonderful. Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was great. Restaurants and shops were also an incredibly close walk to the B&B which was a great perk. We would absolutely stay again!」

We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. The place has a lot of character, but we wish the owner was more friendly/welcoming. Also, food was mediocre. It has been much better in past visits here. It’s like we were an annoyance to her this...
