We asked to change to a room with a refrigerator as we were traveling with food. The hotel was very accommodating and the new room was exactly what we hoped for in every regard. The location was great and we will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this facility before and I am always please with how accommodating they are, how friendly the staff is and the rooms are clean, comfortable and they seem to always go a little over and above to make my stay better whether it is upgrading my room if they can, allowing me to check in a little bit early so I don't have to sit and wait in my car, and allowing for late checkouts at last minute or in one case having to book an extra night due to a snow storm. I have been very happy...

My room was right on the water with a large belcony and an electric fire place. Pool and hot tub open year round. Bar and restuarant on site. Great place.

This resort converted the old spa to new rooms. For the price of a normal motel, the rooms are twice as large, have sliding glass door to a deck overlooking the lake, gas fireplace. Watch out for the bathtub, they are slippery. Also, my room was so new it totally lacked any artwork to breakup the walls.
The resort buffet breakfast is far better than any normal motel and comes with the room. The dining room has expansive windows overlooking the lake. The are older ladies there to make sure...

The hotel was clean and inviting. I was pleased with the breakfast and room was comfortable. I really liked that the hotel was in a great centralized location and suited our needs flawlessly. I enjoyed the conversation I had with Elizabeth, whom was working in the morning and setting up breakfast. She is truly a delight and an absolute asset to the hotel. Elizabeth is the reason for the excellent overall rating. I hope hotel management recognizes her how exceptional she is.
