「Overall the stay was excellent the hosts were amazing and flexible suggesting places to eat for dinner nearby. The breakfast was delicious. The room was to a high standard and the bathroom was clean with a great shower. Only two reasons it didn’t get a 5 star. The road into the hotel is a dirt track and we had heavy rain and the potholes or rather gorges were filled with water and impossible to see how deep. 「Room was very clean and pleasant. Food was good but service very very slow (it was Valentines Day so to an extent we understood but 30 mins to get a glass of water was maybe a little extreme) Bed a little uncomfortable and the floors (both ours and above) were extremely creaky so we could hear everyone moving around which made for a difficult sleep. Staff extremely pleasant and location is great.」

「We had a lovely stay and the hotel is gorgeous. We loved the old style bar and the decor in the rooms. There were, however, a few flaws which would be worth mentioning considering it is not a cheap hotel.
