「Location was good but the hotel (room) could use some updating (mold spots on the ceiling, sunken in mattress, heavily stained counter, dirty fridge). Overall the room was nice but definitely wouldn’t be back due to the issues noted.」

「Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go.」

「Parking was easy. Staff at front desk was not very friendly. Made no effort to be polite. Elevevators broke while we were there so everyone had to use the stairs. Felt really bad for elderly people trying to climb 6 floors of stairs. Pics on website are VERY OUTDATED! Room and bathroom were clean so that was a positive.」

「Location of hotel is excellent , across from the Capitol . Suite was very clean , beautiful bathroom . i was not happy with the living area , walls were painted dark blue and there was no window . i had expected a view of the Capitol grounds but it was like living in a cage . I believe it false advertising because on line it showed a nice , comfortable , light room with a window . I was told the hotel was full because of a convention and I could not change to another room .」

「Everything was pretty good except having to be in the very very back of the floor and the staff was either not accommodating or around. The bartender helped me find the person to check in and was always as his station. The breakfast was a bit lacking. And I was looking forward to that the most since I work in the hospital but other than that It was ok」

「Booked an “accessible” room, by mistake and found that there was a difference in the bed that we preferred not to have - my fault but just saying for others who may have our same preference. Otherwise, learn the AC and TV remote and the stay was just fine. Conveniently located, and very comfortable.」
