「This hotel is located in a good location near the old town. The room is so small but clean. The breakfast is simple and is not worthy for the price. Anyway, the low price for stay should be ok for those travelers.」

「Carcasonne is a beautiful and memorable city unlike any other. Hotel du Chateau is an equally beautiful and memorable hotel. This hotel has it all: excellent staff and great service, a brilliant location just steps from the city, a secure and private car park, a pool and other amenities, and to top it all off, the breakfast was superb. Our stay at the Hotel du Chateau made our visit to Carcassone a pure pleasure. 」

「Great location next to the fortress, excellent friendly staff, nice sized comfortable room and bed. Only complaint is there was not even a drawer to unpack any of your luggage. We are literally living out of our suitcases as there was nowhere to put stuff. Other than that we still highly recommend. 」

「Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.」

「接待人員相當親切，環境整體亦相當乾淨舒適，僅浴室淋浴的水龍頭支撐架壞掉，沖洗時有點不方便，但不影響整體感受。若搭乘火車旅遊，蠻推薦此住宿，價格便宜且距離車站步行約5~10分鐘(視行李重量增減)，且退房後可寄放行李。另外，住宿點距離城堡較遠，可搭乘公車往返，但公車資訊無法用google map取得，可向接待人員諮詢進一步資訊。」

「The accommodation was a fully furnished flat in a new block. It was well-equipped and very comfortable. The flats were not serviced but this was not a problem as we only stayed for 3 nights. The building seems to be a 'Seniors' block of flats with a few flats used as holiday lets but don't let that put you off as it is very comfortable and affordable and is just a short 5 to 10 minute slightly uphill walk to the walled town.」
