「Really well located apartment, close to the shops of Goya and Serrano. After completing the online check-in process, the flat was easy to access, and with most of the essentials. Shower wasn’t great, fluctuating between hot and cold and with a small shower head, plus shower doors that jammed when trying to close, but it wouldn’t stop us from booking here again.」

「Very good location, many cute shops and restos nearby and walkable to city center. Set in middle of LGBT area, the area was not that loud at night but there was a group of partyers living in a unit that partied till 5am and that was loud. Host was fast to communicate but things we requested were only able to be delivered to us the next day. Also, there was no whatsapp to communicate and we communicated over email. 「Ricardo our host was exceptional! We arrived late and he was available to answer questions. The sofa bed was easy to assemble and the property looked just like the pictures. There are tons of coffee places below making it a very convenient stay.」

We thought they were simply going to give us the keys like the norm but they took their time to teach us how to use the electric applicants; such as the washing machine, dishwasher & stoves etc... which is helpful as the electric applicants vary around the world and without their help, it would have taken us forever to figure it out.
