Communication was great, the apt is centrally located walkable to the Grand Via, Puerta de Alcalá, El Retiro Park, etc. Tons of restaurants and bars around the area.

Check in via email with access link was very easy and convenient. Location was perfect with easy access to metro station and walkable to all Madrid has to offer without being in an overly crowded area. Plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The staff was very communicative, any questions I had. They answered them accordingly in a timely manner. I would recommend this place and if I come to Madrid, I will definitely consider staying in one of the sweets. The complementary cleaning was amazing. They cleaned the whole place. Family of 4, with young adult kids. Location, location, location. Was walking distance to so much, including museums and main shopping street. We loved the neighbourhood and often went for tapas in Plaza de Chueca. Apartment was spacious and had the amenities needed for short stay. Management help centre were very responsive but the last minute access code made us anxious. Plus the pre registering for every guest took some effort. We all would recommend this as a great place to stay in Madrid.

Good location

My husband and I and our adult son stayed here for 3 nights in April. The location is central and there are several grocery stores within an easy walk. The kitchen made it possible for us to enjoy a quick breakfast before setting out for the day. Would definitely stay here again.

For the price this place was great. The location was very central, within walking distance from a number of sites, the bed comfortable, and communication with the property management team excellent. We would stay here again.

Apartment was more than adequate to accommodate our family of 4. Gran via was only 8/9 minute walk from the apartment. Plenty of choice for restaurants, most within 4/5 minutes away. Only thing I would recommend is maybe hace an additional mirror, other than the one in the bathroom. Can say we throughly enjoyed our stay at Slow Suites

Long live the great City of Madrid

This was a generously sized well designed and comfortable apartment. We lucked out with some great perspective and lots of light. There are many windows in the beds are also updated and comfortable. Apple, hot water and decently designed. It’s nice sometimes travel with a kitchen, and this was one of those times. The only thing worth mentioning is that there are two hotels with the same name, and we unfortunately went to the wrong one the first time. But other than that, the state was flawless.

Small apartment in a good location yo metro buses or you can walk. There are many restaurants, bars, boutiques and supermarkets just outside locally. It has a small kitchen, plenty of storage and comfortable. It was clean with a few basic stocks, dishwasher and washing powder were provided. The entrance is not great but lift works, entrance system was good. It’s a great little place, the sofa turns into another bed.
