「Very clean, nice staff. Difficult to get to property. Kind of dark and a little sketchy people. Fine for one night we only slept and left.」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」

「We didn't have any problems with the booking as others have mentioned. Did an online checkin the night before and when we arrived at the hotel the keys were already available and ready at the front desk. The property is freshly renovated it looks like and is very clean and the rooms were nice. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the breakfast was slightly limited and with only one waffle machine its was quite a wait. 「We liked everything inside the hotel. The room was smaller than typical hotel rooms but this made it easier to keep at the perfect temperature and darkness level. Bed was great. Exercise area was a pleasant surprise. Can do an entire cardio and strength workout easily. Breakfast was super with healthy options available.」

「Right across from airport. Quite a few options for cafes. Hotel appears to be newly renovated as it smelled of fresh paint. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had some issues with our TV and immediately came up to the room to fix it. Hotel is not close to Riverwalk or downtown areas so will need to drive to them.」

「The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.」

「From the moment we approached the front entrance, a staff member rushed to the door to assist us, as my husband was in a wheelchair. They assisted us with our luggage and directed us to check in. The person checking us in Check was very friendly and promptly had us on our way to the room. Breakfast was included and we were pleasantly surprised with their great selection, including freshly made pancakes in-less than a minute, not to mention the coffee was very good. 「I only stayed one night here but everything was clean, no bad smells, staff was polite, and breakfast was good. I arrived late and someone was right at the front desk to help. There’s nothing more annoying than arriving late at a hotel and spending a half hour trying to find someone to check you in. It was the best night sleep I’ve got in a month so Thank You!」
