「it's far away from the city but the metro station is really close. You can also take the bus number 140 to city. Although the staff can't speak English well, they are very helpful and kindness. The comfortable of room just fine, through you can hear the voice from the people who stay next to you.I wouldn't recommend their breakfast, but it's good enough for this room rate. You can easily find the restaurant, supermarkets and self-laundry shops around this area which is also very safe as well.」

「Stayed here for one night after a trip in September 2025. Very clean, lovely reception staff, and very comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend. My only comment is to ensure you’re booking the correct hotel as there is another hotel with almost the same name around a 20 min walk away which my friend accidentally booked so ensure it’s this one you’re looking for. 」

「An absolute gem of a hotel, 5 ⭐ and more! Small boutique feel, staff are really friendly and helpful, and it's located in a great part of the trendy Palermo suburb with plentiful eating and shopping on its doorstep. The hotel were really accommodating with early flight arrivals and late departure.」
