Lovely staff and clean/ modern rooms. Would appreciate a better coffee machine in the room and also noise-proof windows/ doors - it’s quite loud overnight from the street. Excellent location in Palermo, very close to AEP airport that is super convenient for early morning domestic flights.

We had an excellent stay at Casa Joseph. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Everything was well organized and made us feel truly welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to stay.

Property is a bit run down. They gave complimentary water but didn’t seem like the bottles had already been used and they just refilled the water. The room is extremely loud. You can literally hear everything going on on the street. The neighborhood is safe and late night walk though with lots of restaurants options.

Room provided was not the deluxe balcony we had booked. It was considerably smaller than the 506 square feet indicated on the website. The layout was poor making it impossible to watch the tv from the bed. The seating was low and uncomfortable. Storage space was limited. The room was not as clean as it should have been. After walking across the floor my wife’s white Sox were filthy on the bottom. On the plus side, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was good.
