First and foremost, the hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They allowed us to check in late and check out very early in the AM. They provided helpful suggestions on things to do and where to get dinner given the late hour. Additionally, the hotel was well appointed and in an excellent location. The Neighborhood is safe with lots of activities and places to eat. Would definitely recommend!

Large, clean room with balcony, comfortable bed, and excellent recommendations from super friendly front desk staff Diana and Nacho. Would definitely stay again. The only reason I didn't rate Casa Joseph as excellent is that we had to work a bit to get what we needed (toilet paper, towels, and the safe to open). But again Diana and Nacho were fast and helpful.

Lovely staff and clean/ modern rooms. Would appreciate a better coffee machine in the room and also noise-proof windows/ doors - it’s quite loud overnight from the street. Excellent location in Palermo, very close to AEP airport that is super convenient for early morning domestic flights.
