"The room was clean and well-equipped. Breakfast buffet had good choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Only negative was we didn't realize there was a pool/spa until we were checking out. An info sheet in the room describing all amenities would have been useful."

"Easy walk to Recoleta. Bed was comfortable, room large. Elevator was sketchy. Breakfast in downstairs room was good, but room a little claustrophobic being small and no windows. "

"Breakfast was good. It was in limited quantities though. We came to breakfast around 10 Am the next day and only srambled eggs left. When I asked about the suasage since there was a small piece left inside the dish warmer they said no more. Bread selection was ok although not much. Overall it was descent. The room is nice and clean. Linens smell so clean amd freshly laundered. Only one problem , the floor drainage is open and you can see the water flowing from the sink or bathtub. Front desk are very nice especially Barbara who is always pleasant and friendly. She helped us with transportation to the cruise terminal. Speaks good English too. Thank you"

"I stayed here for two nights, one night each two weeks apart, thus I had different rooms. Both times the staff was very accommodating to early and late arrival times. They were very kind to thus weary traveler. The beds were very comfortable, showers refreshing, Nespresso in the room. I was always greeted with a smile, I would base myself here again in a heartbeat."

"Hotel is centrally located, bedrooms are basic but clean and quiet, front desk was very professional and helpful. they served a complementary breakfast, and helped us with local tours options to the falls to both sides, Argentina and Brazil, definitely very recommended for a budget trip "
