Palacio Duhau is a beautiful hotel in one the nicest areas in Buenos Aires. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The only complaint I have is the small quantity and choices of the buffet breakfast. The rooms are nice and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay was excellent at Palacio. The service there was outstanding. Having a butler help with reservations and bookings was extremely helpful. I would recommend staying here. It’s very walkable to common sights nearby. The cemetery was just a few blocks away. Breakfast was great, and the room size and amenities were top notch. I didn’t realize it at the time early on but a 10% tip is customary. Don’t second guess booking this former palace (yes, it was formerly someone’s home). Tons of history here.

Seis noites, com diária em torno de R$ 6.000, e infelizmente foi bastante decepcionante. Escolhi o hotel para passar meu aniversário, esperando uma experiência compatível com o que se anuncia como um “Palácio”. Ai está o principal problema, o hotel não entrega nenhuma experiência de “ Palácio”, em inúmeros detalhes que irei descrever aqui … A entrada não é pela Avenida Alvear e na pratica tudo o que se vivencia está concentrado na parte moderna. O check-in foi ruim, rápido, frio e impessoal. A funcionária da recepção (Michaela) não explicou horários de funcionamento do hotel, serviços ou áreas comuns.… A única pessoa realmente educada e prestativa, foi o funcionário que levou minhas malas, que acabou explicando o que a recepção não fez. O quarto foi um ponto positivo, espaço limpo, espaçoso, confortável e muito bem cuidado. A equipe de limpeza é excelente e extremamente organizada. Porém, essa boa impressão inicial não compensa o restante da experiência. Além disso o hotel recebe eventos corporativos com frequência, o que faz com que restaurantes fiquem fechados para hóspedes. Ou seja paga-se caro e não se consegue usufruir plenamente do hotel, que funciona mais como centro de eventos do que como hotel de experiência. O episódio do check-out resume bem a estadia: precisei descer sozinha carregando uma mala pesada, enquanto dois seguranças apenas observavam, sem se oferecer para ajudar . Algo inadmissível para um hotel desse valor.

The room was very clean, however housekeeping wasn’t always consistent. Forgot to replace the nepresso caps sometimes and drinking classes. The check in staff and concierge very excellent. I prefer to stay in the Palacio part of the hotel the restaurant there is very pretty. The rooms are spacious great tub bidet and showers. The only complaint was one night we sat at the bar for 20 min and were not even acknowledged nor ask what drinks we like. We left to Four Season which was a short walk

Viajo com frequência para Buenos Aires e posso afirmar, sem sombra de dúvidas, que este hotel está entre os melhores da cidade. A estrutura é belíssima, os quartos são amplos e confortáveis, e a localização na Recoleta é simplesmente perfeita. No entanto, percebi algumas inconsistências no serviço. A maioria dos funcionários é extremamente ágil, atenciosa e prestativa, mas durante o chá da tarde tive experiências pontuais que destoaram desse padrão — seja por certa rispidez ou mesmo falta de disposição de alguns colaboradores. Foram poucos episódios, é verdade, mas suficientes para causar certo desapontamento. Por se tratar de um hotel com tanto potencial e reputação, acredito que o Park Hyatt deveria estar mais atento a esses pequenos detalhes, que fazem toda a diferença em uma experiência verdadeiramente impecável.

Impecável!!!

O Palace Duhau é um hotel incrível com um serviço nota 10, que nos deu uma atenção muito especial. O staff realmente impressiona pela gentileza e diferencial na cordialidade com os hóspedes. Éramos uma família com com 19 membros e o hotel nos reservou um andar inteiro com todos os privilégios possíveis. Tudo atendeu além das expectativas. Vale cada centavo do que nos foi cobrado. Um destaque especial para os hostess Pablo e Ramiro que não nos deixaram faltar absolutamente nada. As suítes são extremamente confortáveis e a localização não poderia ser melhor. Tudo maravilhoso.

Unexpected fees in small print. Horrible business practice. And when you make them notice that I never seen staff that handled this worse than these people. Not sure who train them but should be replaced.
