The staff was mostly very friendly and helpful with one exception. The room was nice and large, but lacked the amenities one would expect. I was not impressed with the surrounding area. But, it was a short walk to the cemetery and also to Santa Fe Avenue, which was very nice.

Hotel is located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and shopping. Room was comfortable, shower pressure is great. Foreigners should get AC/heat instructions. Bring your own tissues. Breakfast is lovely, also buffet but not like the states. Good fruit, fresh scrambled eggs, meat not to my liking, sweets. We didn't have a car, Ubers are great. A nice stay.
