「The room is extremely clean, comfortable, spacious in stylish & cozy design. The pillows & bed are comfy like home! The toiletry is also out of my expectation, shampoo and body wash in different flavors for selection! The most impressive is the owner, Marco, he is so friendly and nice! He gave us all good advices on fantastic tourist attractions and restaurants. 「I’ve traveled to 14 countries and I have to say that this hotel had some of the best service ever. From the moment we walked in we were immediately greeted by the team. They took the time to explain to us amenities of the local area including “must see” and dining options. I cant stress enough that this was a great, conveniently located hotel which the best service ever. 」

「I was very happy with my 4-day stay. My room was small (but I knew that when I selected the room) but clean and up-to-date. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to make it clear in the listing that there are two different B&B locations, a few blocks from each other. My taxi driver delivered me to the correct one, but I could just as easily gone to the wrong one.」

「Marco is the friendliest and amusing host. He gave us a warm welcome and lots of good advice re our short visit to Palermo. The hotel is in a great location, was good value and served a very nice breakfast. A good experience all round and would definitely recommend this hotel as very convenient for getting around Palermo.」
