「The elevator was very old. When I arrived first floor, the door did not open immediately, and I waited for at least 30 seconds. They said it's normal, but I don't think so.」

「The layout of the room was set up very well. It had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. You could borrow items that were needed for the kitchen. The room itself had plenty of room, even with all that was in it. Also, very clean.」

There was a wonderful employee named Gabriella that went above and beyond helping us find the perfect room and getting us the extra towels/plates etc... she helped us park close to an entry door and helped hold the door as we brought the babies in. She was very kind and deserves a raise! 」
