"Can’t recommend staying at this property enough. The star of the show is the owner, Giacomo. He is incredibly kind, accommodating, and has great communication if you need anything. He gave us some good ideas of things to do in Sorrento and even let us taste some of his home made Limoncello! The location is great, a short 10 minute walk from the main square, and the room was very clean and spacious."

"I can't say enough GOOD about the Hotel Staff. Especially Terressa (?) at the front desk. She was absolutely WONDERFUL. ALL the STAFF were Cheerful and ALWAYS Very Helpful. Worst part was we HAD TO LEAVE. Can't think of anything I didn't like about this hotel."

"Hotel Cristina was amazing and I wish we were able to stay longer!! We picked an ocean view room and it did not disappoint. On our trip we visited Rome, Florence, Milan, La Spezia and Venice and this bedroom area was the most spacious out of all our hotels. The room also was very cool and we were given two keys so we kept one in our room for it to be cool when we came back. We were out and about for most of our stay so we were not able to enjoy the pool or bar though the breakfast was very good and have a good variety. The shuttle service was nice too and had frequent stops. The only thing I’ll note is though the hotel is in Sant’Agnello, you will need to get off at the Sorrento train station for the shuttle. We had an amazing time and I would definitely stay at this hotel the next time I’m in Italy!"

"Great hotel and staff. Very clean and beautiful. Loved the balcony and view of the water. The bar staff were very friendly and fun. Pino the restaurant/food coordinator was amazing/helpful. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. We coordinated a trip to Pompeii from front desk which was really great. There is a nice boardwalk that allowed you to walk all along to the various restaurants right next to and past our hotel. I suggest eating at those restaurants instead of going into Sorrento for dinners. Definitely bring water shoes or sandals for the beach which is very rocky. Water is crystal clear. I brought a snorkel mask and saw some (not a ton) fish along the rock jetty. Really glad we stayed here instead of Sorrento."
