"The location is excellent. Really centrally located and walkable to everything you would need in Sorrento. Valet service is offered if you have a car and they are one of few hotels that are dog friendly with no weight restriction - we have a medium dog which falls way over the standard 5kg or generous 10kg rule! The staff however, do not really leave an impact. Reception staff answer all questions appropriately but I wouldn’t describe as warm or friendly. F&B staff in abundance at breakfast but the spread was disappointing and coffee always delivered cold. Three mornings with three different coffees tried, all served tepid at most. Shame as it is a classic and old Italian building which has its charm otherwise. "

"One of the best places I have ever stayed. Fully recommend. Antonio was so friendly and welcoming. Very responsive if we needed any questions prior to arrival. The room was gorgeous and so clean and well kept. Balcony great. The view was beautiful! We had the delux double. Garden was pretty, pool was clean. Parking was also great, undercover and safe as you had to go through coded gates to get to the resort. Location was great as it was out of the hustle and bustle but there is a bus stop not too far away. So was only 5 mins on the bus to the town. Or 20 min walk to the very centre. (5 min walk start of restaurants) Breakfast was great. More of a continental breakfast. Fresh juice coffee and meats were served also. Lady who did breakfast and the lady who came to clean the room also very friendly. Thank you again."

"Excellent hotel with amazing kind and friendly staff. The facilities were well kept and cleaned continuously so everything was sparkling. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast included a made to order egg station which is definitely a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel and would return again when in the area."

"Breakfasy was excellent. Staff were kind and helpful. View from room was great. Shuttle service was on time. The desk helped arrange a car for us and even offered us breakfast to go. Very good communication, very great stay. Restaraunt staff was great for dinner also. Grazie!"

"The view over the Mediterranean from this hotel is mesmerizing. You are in for a delicious breakfast with lots of varieties if you want to try their restaurant. Just wish if there was an indoor swimming pool. Also, make sure to know about their shuttle bus schedule as there were no signs on the bus and the evening driver wasn’t that tourists friendly. Your only way to Sorrento is the shuttle or local bus ( SITA bus). Otherwise, taxi is a pricy option Rooms are clean, room service is good."

"Very comfortable big bed, good shower, nice but basic breakfast and very clean and friendly staff. Nice pool and bar area and a lovely lemon tree orchard garden area with seating. Located 15/20 mins walk to the old town along a busy road."
