「Room was very clean and decorated really nice. Gio, the host was very kind and attentive. The rest of the property didn’t exactly look like the pictures but it wasn’t bad! Just needed to be more maintained. Parking situation is on the property and if you drive here get a small car. Roads are very narrow going up to the villa. Views were stunning tho」

「The room was very nice and clean. Excellent shower. We had a problem with the air conditioner but they fixed it.」

「Schön ruhig gelegen. Ein wirklich tolles Frühstück. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind kommen wir gerne wieder.」

「Our stay was amazing, everyone that worked there was pleasant, helpful and extremely accommodating especially Julia, Rosella and the chef/breakfast guy. Our room was always clean, the breakfast was OUTSTANDING and the shuttle was super helpful. Thank you for making our honeymoon stay a beautiful memory.」

「The room was sparkling clean. There was a lovely balcony and a voucher was provided for breakfast each day at a local café. The owner was very helpful with directions and also gave us a nap at check-in. This room was in walking distance to the train and the center of town. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Good air conditioning, beside bus stop which takes you to Sorrento」

「Excellent little place to stay in the heart of Sorrento, excellent shower and amenities, short walk to everywhere, cafes and supermarkets close by for anything that’s required.」

「The hotel is clean and good . Very comfortable . The staff is very helpful and efficient . 」

「The location is great. The room was comfortable. Housekeeping service, Rafaela, was amazing but Tony the manager was rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I thought he was having a bad day during my arrival but other people staying at the same time as me complained about the same issues. No good instructions provided at arrival and did not see him at the hotel at any other day during our 6 day stay. Did not answer questions or answers did not answer questions. It will help to have...

「If proximity to the beach is top priority this is a great choice. Unfortunately it’s a bit remote from the town where the food/shops are, and so multiple times a day we were walking 15+ minutes up the hill to dine. Pros: The best A/C we’ve encountered in Italy. You can make the room a comfortable lower 70’s Fahrenheit. Beach right outside your door. Cons: Smallest bathroom (maybe 3’x3’) of any place we stayed in Italy. I’m not that big of a guy and I could barely bend down in the shower to...

「服务周到，工作人员很有耐心，房间的风景不错」

「This is not a hotel, but simply a room in an apartment located right next to a busy main road. The listing is misleading, as the main page advertises a swimming pool without clearly stating that it actually belongs to the neighboring hotel. Even worse, guests are required to pay an additional €25 per person, per day to use it. This important information should be made clear before booking, not discovered afterwards」

「Great place. Great team. No heating system end of October. No tea/coffee seeting in room. No Iron in hotel. No pressure announcement of closing swimming pool. Clean rooms.」

「Geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer. Alles bestens 👍」
