The management was very responsive and we were able to check in a little early and get extra supplies midway through our stay. The building is beauiful and the apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The AC worked very well, which was much appreciated with temperatures near 30C.」

It was a little confusing at first because we did not receive a confirmation number from hotels.com to start the Urban Jungle (UJ) check in process.
