「Clean and friendly」

「I was in the area getting my parents settled into assisted living. I have my phone log that I called the front desk at 10:09am before checkout to request a late check out. It is verified in my cell phone log the Hampton Inn address and phone number I was staying at here was correct (meaning I didn't accidentally call another Hampton or headquarters). The front desk communicated to me at my 10:09 call that a late checkout for 2pm at a rate of $39.99 was set and approved. I was running around...

「toilet never stopped running there's no coffee machine TVs suck outdated it was so terrible I left early only to not be refunded my money I was told no refund after I spent over $1,000 pre-booking my room the closer to my job in which they were very aware of this overpriced under managed modern day slumlord not to mention the bugs and little pieces of chore boy glimmering throughout the carpet of the whole building damn near if I was A millionaire I wouldn't pay for my animals to live there...

「Wonderful stay! Beautiful sunset and friendly staffs. The room is spacious and quiet. Well equipped facilities.」

「Excelente」

「Pleasant staff in dated hotel. The room was clean, but the bathroom had cracked tiles. Nice touch at check-in with bottled water and an ice cream sandwich.」

「The property was a beautiful home overlooking the water with a sprawling lawn. The hostess Debbie greeted us at the door and couldn’t have been nicer! We had a very cozy, clean and comfy room with a view of the water. It was so peaceful. Just what we needed! Our dog, Sophie, was very comfy too and slept in her dog bed by the window. In the morning, Debbie...

「Ok」

「The property was nice , I only interacted with the front desk lady , which was fine . But the reason I chose your hotel as compared to a competitor , was because of the 'free continental breakfast' . OMG , how poor was that . Some scrambled eggs and sausage , and NO coffee , WTH ? Plus the bread that I toasted was MOLDY , UGH !」

「It was amazing!! Beautifully maintained, quaint, comfortable, and oh so peaceful! The Inn-keeper was lovely and very respectful, but warm and personable. We are looking forward to another trip in the spring!」
